Once an order is paid, we typically ship within 1-2 business days, unless it is a preorder item, which is clearly advertised in the product title and listing. Life Redefined Co. gladly accepts returns by contacting Customer Care here for a full refund within 10 days from the date the order was placed (final sale items excluded). You are also welcome to receive an exchange of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit within 30 days from the date your order shipped. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.
